Holly Lodge Winner of ‘Nursing Home of the Year’ at the Surrey Care Awards 2022 and featured in Knight Frank’s Luxury Care Home Guide in 2021, 2022 and 2023. Holly Lodge is innovatively designed throughout to accommodate people living with different types of dementia. Soft furnishings of varying textures allow residents to easily distinguish between items, and contrasting tones and colourful digital wallpapers provide visual stimulus. Residents enjoy spacious communal areas for entertaining and dining, a dedicated activities room, hair salon, pub, gallery, family room and cinema.
Holly Lodge won Forest Care’s ‘Love your Garden’ competition in 2024 creating a beautiful and interactive outdoor space for residents and their loved ones to relax and enjoy – landscaped gardens with scented and visually stimulating plants and vegetables, a tranquil courtyard and water feature providing movement and tranquillity. Activity Lead Shelley comments: “Our garden has transformed with an extended natural ‘room’ to visit and enjoy by all, an amazing team effort!” Holly Lodge even cultivates honey from its own beehives.

Although physiotherapy, chiropody and hairdressing are not regulatory requirements, we believe they form an integral part of our resident’s care and therefore are provided at no additional cost.
Holly Lodge has 60 spacious single bedrooms with ensuite facilities. Residents are welcome to bring personal items to decorate their rooms to make them feel more at home.
Welcome to the Holly Bush Pub, complete with a dart board and table-top games for residents and their loved ones to enjoy.
Residents can choose where they enjoy their meals, in either of the two dining rooms, outdoor picnic area or in the comfort of their own rooms. The family room is also available to book for private dining experiences.
Residents and their loved ones can enjoy a cup of tea or ice cream, garden games or hobbies in our tranquil and interactive landscaped gardens maintained by our dedicated Groundsman.
The family room is a great space for an afternoon tea, table-top games or to celebrate a special milestone, and can be booked for private events.
We have a cosy cinema area which is available to residents at any time of day, and can also be booked by families.
Holly Lodge’s dedicated activities room is enjoyed daily by residents and their families, a great space for arts & crafts, table-top games and quizzes, indoor gardening, reading and hobbies.
At Holly Lodge, there are two large communal lounges spread over two floors for everyone to enjoy, in addition to smaller alcoves for residents and their loved ones.
