We wanted to make you aware of our profound gratitude for the care, kindness and respect all the staff showed mum as her dementia progressed. In the final hours of her life, the staff could not have been more professional. While it took her a little while to settle in, in all the photos we have of her at Holly Lodge she is smiling and happy which is a great comfort. She was looked after superbly and kept safe. Rico does a tremendous job; he is calm and considered and always has time for a chat even when he clearly has a lot on his plate. It is to his credit that many of his staff who said goodbye to mum, were there when she moved in. We definitely picked the right place for her to spend her final years.
Holly Lodge is an excellent dementia care home, it’s spotlessly clean the staff are really caring they all do a fantastic job, activities team are brilliant. My mother has only been here for 5 weeks and after a bad experience in another care home. I’m so grateful to Holly Lodge for putting my mind at ease and knowing my mother is safe and very well cared for so thank you, Holly Lodge. If you’re looking for a dementia care home I would highly recommend Holly Lodge it’s one of the best.
Fantastic home, with fantastic staff. I can’t praise it highly enough. My wife is so well cared for. The home is always immaculate. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I really couldn’t have found a better home for my wife.
