My mum has been at Rowan Lodge for 5 months and the level of care she has experienced has been exceptional. It is extremely well-staffed, and nothing is too much trouble. On my many visits to see mum, I have only witnessed a high level of care and attention to all the residents. Thank you Rowan Lodge for caring for Mum.
From the first time I walked through the front door, I just knew this was the place where a loved one would be made to feel at home and genuinely cared for with compassion and dignity. Everyone here deserves a shout-out for amazing service, from the enrichment team to the cook and kitchen staff through to the nursing/caring staff and management. Everyone you meet speaks and is friendly, making any stay here, be it long or for respite, a family feeling at home. Keep up the good work.
