This means we run our homes with a breadth of experience and industry knowledge, combined with a family approach to care and management. Our compassionate and experienced teams are committed to providing the very highest standards of care, and we are extremely proud of our award-winning care homes that are “homes” in the truest sense.
Our private care homes combine luxury living alongside 24-hour nursing, residential, dementia and respite care for the elderly, in purpose-built environments within beautiful Surrey and Hampshire countryside locations. We thank our local communities for trusting us to care for their loved ones.
Providing well-rounded care is important to us, we endeavour to look after residents’ physical and medical needs, as well as their social, mental and emotional well-being. Our all-inclusive fee includes physiotherapy, chiropody, hairdressing, trips out, and many other facilities our homes have to offer, so you can relax knowing one fee covers all the person-centred care you or your loved one will need.
We are extremely proud to have won the awards of “Top 20 Care Home South East England” in 2024 and 2022, and “Top 20 Small Care Home Group” in 2022 from carehome.co.uk and ‘Nursing Home of the Year‘ for our specialist dementia care home Holly Lodge at the Surrey Care Awards in 2022.

Four of our five homes provide 24-hour nursing care, which includes Holly Lodge our award-winning specialist dementia care home. Elm Lodge is purely residential care. We set our staffing levels above industry-standard ratios, to enable a more relaxed environment for our residents where person-centred care can be delivered without having to be rushed. Our dedicated activity teams prioritise resident wellbeing by organising a variety of meaningful and joyful group, individual and one-to-one activities and experiences. We involve families in care and activity planning to gain a personal understanding of what really matters to each resident and learn about their favourite pastimes and hobbies so we can tailor activities to suit their preferences.
We listen to our residents and what they want from our care homes and always respect our residents’ preferences for privacy and choice. Visit our reviews pages for our residents’ stories and read the wonderful testimonials from their families on the UK’s leading care home comparison site: www.carehome.co.uk
